By accessing and using the Qatar National Vision 2030 Intelligence Platform (“the Platform”), operated by The Vanderbilt Portfolio AG (“the Operator”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Nature of Content
The Platform provides analysis, commentary, and data compilation related to Qatar’s national development strategy. All content is produced for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any form of professional recommendation. Users should consult qualified professionals before making investment, financial, or policy decisions based on information encountered on this Platform.
Data Sources and Accuracy
Data presented on this Platform is sourced from publicly available records, official government publications, international organization reports, and verified media reporting. While the Operator exercises reasonable diligence in verifying data accuracy, no warranty or guarantee is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information published. Subscription Services
Layer 2 analytical content is available through paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the point of purchase. The Operator reserves the right to modify subscription terms with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. Refund policies are governed by the specific terms presented at the time of subscription.
User Conduct
Users agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to restricted content or systems, to redistribute subscription content without authorization, or to misrepresent their affiliation or identity when engaging with the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or reliance upon any content published on this Platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
Modifications
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Operator’s registered office.
